By using the Ptarmigan Discord bot or any associated service (website, dashboard, documentation), you fully and unreservedly accept these Terms of Service (ToS).

Failure to comply with these terms automatically results in restriction or permanent deletion of service access, without notice or refund.

1. Service Description

Ptarmigan is a multifunctional Discord bot offering notably: suggestions, tickets, logs, levels, reminders, auto-moderation, giveaways, notifications, temporary voice channels, and other features.

The service also includes the website https://ptarmigan.xyz, an administration dashboard accessible via Discord OAuth2, and documentation available at https://docs.ptarmigan.xyz.

2. Access Conditions

Discord Bot: Access requires adding the bot to a Discord server or account by a user with the required permissions. Some features may be limited depending on the version (free or premium).

Website and Dashboard: Accessible via https://ptarmigan.xyz with Discord OAuth2 authentication.

Access may be suspended or removed at any time, without notice, notably for maintenance, updates, technical issues, or any other reason at our sole discretion.

3. Usage Rules

You agree to:

  • Fully comply with Discord's terms of service and community guidelines
  • Use the service in accordance with its intended purpose
  • Not attempt to circumvent limitations or exploit vulnerabilities

You are prohibited from:

  • Distributing illegal, offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content
  • Interfering with the normal operation of the service
  • Using the service for unauthorized commercial purposes
  • Reverse engineering or attempting to access the source code

Any violation results in immediate and permanent ban, without possibility of appeal or refund.

4. Intellectual Property

The entire service (source code, graphics, documentation, content) remains the exclusive property of Ptarmigan.

Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or use not expressly authorized is strictly prohibited and constitutes counterfeiting subject to prosecution.

5. Liability and Warranties

Warranty Exclusion: The service is provided "as is", without any warranty of functionality, performance, availability, or compatibility.

Liability Limitation: Under no circumstances shall Ptarmigan be held liable for any damage whatsoever (direct, indirect, material, immaterial, data loss, loss of profits, etc.) resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

You use the service at your own risk and peril.

6. Premium Subscription

A Premium service is available with extended features. Activation and billing are managed via Discord according to their own terms.

No refund will be granted in case of account suspension or deletion, regardless of the cause.

7. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or delete all or part of the service at any time
  • Change features, pricing, or access conditions
  • Permanently cease service operation

No compensation will be due for these modifications or interruptions.

8. Support

Community support is available at https://ptarmigan.xyz/discord. This support is provided without guarantee of timeframe or resolution.

9. ToS Modifications

These terms may be modified at any time without notice. The date of last modification is indicated at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

It is your responsibility to regularly consult these terms to become aware of any modifications.

10. Applicable Law

These terms are governed exclusively by French law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts in the publisher's jurisdiction.

By using Ptarmigan, you acknowledge having read, understood, and unreservedly accepted the entirety of these terms.
